Founded in April of 1993 and established in 1994, BICS is a non-profit, community based immigrant service agency providing services to the immigrant communities of Simcoe County and York Region requiring assistance.

Structure: BICS is directed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We are a small organization who employs ten full-time, part-time and supply staff. BICS operates out of one location.

BICS serves an average of 1500-2000 people annually which includes walk-in clients, telephone and on-line inquires.
